新生儿重症监护病房早产儿睡眠保护策略护理研究进展

Research on sleep protecting program of premature infant in neonatal intensive care unit

睡眠保护或睡眠支持是早产儿发展性照顾中的一项重要护理措施。文章基于国内外早产儿的睡眠研究成果,综述新生儿重症监护病房早产儿保护性睡眠策略的定义、睡眠相关概念、睡眠评估方法,总结分析了早产儿睡眠问题及原因,并提出早产儿睡眠保护策略,即提供环境支持、给予合理睡眠体位、提供个性化护理服务、提高睡眠保护意识、提供出院延伸教育,以期为临床新生儿重症监护病房进一步运用该护理保护策略提供理论依据和行为指导。

Sleep protecting program or sleep supporting program was an important measure in the developmental care of premature infants. Based on the researches of premature infants at home and abroad,the paper reviewed the definition of sleep protecting program,the concepts of sleeping,evaluation and measures to promote sleep.Finally,to put forward to sleep protecting strategy,including environment supporting,suitable sleep position,individual caring,the awareness of sleep protection and continued education after discharge,so as to provide theoretical basis and behavioral reference for further application of nursing protection program in neonatal intensive care unit.
