摘要 目的以岗位胜任力为导向,构建手术室新护士培训模块化课程指标体系。方法采用文献资料法、半结构访谈初步拟定手术室新护士培训课程体系框架,采用Delphi法对25名专家进行两轮函询,并对结果进行统计分析。结果最终形成的体系包括7个模块,37项具体课程。专家函询的群体权威系数为0.84、0.88,两轮函询问卷回收率分别为86.67%、96.15%,模块和具体课程的协调系数分别为0.374、0.325。结论手术室新护士培训模块化课程体系内容科学、可靠,具有一定的可操作性和实用性。 Objective To construct a modularized curriculum system for new nurses in operating room aiming at post competency.Methods An initial curriculum was formulated based on literature review and semi-structured interview.Then Delphi method was applied to carry out two rounds of consultation among 25 experts authority,and the results of consultation were analyzed statistically.Results The curriculum system included 7 modules,37 specific courses.Authority coefficients of experts were 0.84,0.88.Return rates of two rounds consultation were 86.67% and 96.15%,respectively.Coordination coefficients of the module and the specific course were 0.374 and 0.325,respectively.Conclusion The modularized curriculum system for new nurses in operating room is scientific and reliable,and can be used as a guide for training new nurses in operating room.
