摘要
于2014年春季(5月)、夏季(7月)和秋季(9月),在三环泡湿地设置15个采样点,通过样品采集、鉴定分析以及浮游生物功能群划分,研究湿地内浮游动物功能群对浮游植物功能群的影响。结果表明:三环泡湿地淡水生态系统浮游动物划分为PF、RF、RC、SCF、MCF、MCC和LCC 7个功能群;三环泡湿地春季浮游动物功能群以RF占优势,对浮游植物起到明显滤食作用,夏季和秋季浮游动物生物量最高的采样点均以功能群RC占优势,抑制了功能群RF对浮游植物的滤食作用。
In the spring of 2014( May),summer( July) and autumn( September) of 2014,15 sampling sites were set up in the Sanhuanpao Wetland. Wetlands were studied through sample collection,identification and analysis,and functional grouping of plankton. Effects of zooplankton functional groups on phytoplankton function groups were studied. According to the international consensus standard,the phytoplankton in fresh water ecosystems is divided into 20 functional groups. This paper proposes that the zooplankton in the tricyclic fresh water ecosystem is divided into seven functional groups: PF,RF,RC,SCF,MCF,MCC,and LCC. Result shows that the functional group of zooplankton in the Sanhuanpao wetland is dominated by RF and play a significant role in the filtration of phytoplankton. In the summer and autumn,the highest biomass of the zooplankton is dominated by the functional group RC,and the function is inhibited. The filter-feeding effect of functional group RF on phytoplankton was suppressed.
