探讨二氧化锆全瓷技术在口腔修复中的临床疗效及应用价值

Investigation of the Clinical Efficacy and Application Value of Zirconium Dioxide All-ceramic Technology in Oral Prosthodontics

目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷技术在口腔修复中的临床疗效及应用价值。方法方便选择2015年2月—2016年10月在该院进行口腔修复治疗的患者120例130牙,根据修复材料不同分为对照组60例65牙和观察组60例65牙。对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷修复体进行修复,观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷修复体进行修复,对两组患者均随访1年,评估修复效果。采用美国公共卫生署(USPHS)修复体评价标准评价修复效果;观察两组修复后牙龈健康状况,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组修复1年后修复体固位率为100.00%、外形A级率为98.46%及边缘适合性A级率98.46%,均优于对照组95.38%、90.77%和93.85%(χ~2=3.862、5.763、4.695,P<0.05);观察组修复1年后牙龈健康状况明显优于对照组(χ~2=7.893、5.892、5.674,P=0.017、0.035、5.674)。结论采用二氧化锆全瓷技术修复口腔不仅坚固、美观、耐用,而且对牙龈组织无影响,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect and application value of two zirconia all porcelain technology in oral repair. Methods 120 patients with 130 teeth from February 2015 to October 2016 in the hospital for oral rehab treatment were convenient selected. According to the repair materials, 60 patients in the control group and 65 patients in the observation group were treated with 65 teeth. The control group was repaired with a nickel-chromium alloy porcelain restoration. The observation group was repaired with a zirconium dioxide all-ceramic restoration. All patients were followed up for 1 year to evaluate the repair effect. The restoration effect was evaluated using the USPHS prosthesis evaluation standard; the health status of the gums after repair was observed and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group, the fixation rate was 100.00%, the A-level rate was 98.46%, and the edge-appropriate A-level rate was 98.46% after 1 year, which was better than the control group 95.38%, 90.77%, and 93.85%（χ~2=3.862,5.763, 4.695, P〈0.05）; The gingival health status in the observation group after 1 year of repair was significantly better than that of the control group（χ~2=7.893, 5.892, 5.674, P=0.017, 0.035, 5.674）. Conclusion The use of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic technology to restore the oral cavity is not only strong, beautiful, durable, but also has no effect on gingival tissue, it is worth promoting.
