小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术对原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Trabeculectomy Combined with Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation in Primary Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的探讨小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术对原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法研究对象共48例,均是从该院2017年1月—2018年1月所接收的原发性闭角型青光眼患者中方便选出的,随机分为两组,对照组患者接受的治疗方法为单纯小梁切除术,在术后给予患者妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行治疗。治疗组患者接受的治疗方法为小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术,对比两组治疗效果。结果在接受治疗之后,对两组患者的最终临床治疗效果进行对比发现,治疗组有效率95.83%,显著优于对照组62.50%,两组患者之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.339,P<0.05)。结论在原发性闭角型青光眼疾病的临床治疗工作中,小梁切除术联合白内障超声乳化吸除并人工晶体植入术的使用所能发挥的临床治疗效果是非常显著的,患者在接受此类治疗方法进行治疗后疾病可以得到有效治疗。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for primary angle closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 48 subjects were convenient selected from patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma received from January 2017 to January 2018 in this hospital and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received treatment as trabeculectomy alone, patients were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops after surgery. The patients in the treatment group received trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results After treatment, the final clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared and found that the treatment group had an effective rate of 95.83%, which was significantly better than that of the control group（62.50%）. There was a significant difference between the two groups（χ~2=5.339, P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma diseases, the clinical treatment effect of trabeculectomy plus cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is very significant, and the patient is receiving such treatment, which can be effectively treated after treatment.
