太极扣附着体修复游离端缺失伴牙周病患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Taichi Deduction Fixation on Free End Depletion in Patients with Periodontal Disease

目的研究太极扣附着体治疗游离端缺失伴牙周病的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年2月—2015年9月期间在该院接受治疗的76例游离端缺失伴牙周病患者作为该文观察对象,按照就诊时间的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。其中,观察组采用太极扣附着体进行治疗,并与采用卡环式可摘义齿治疗的对照组进行效果对比。结果治疗后,观察组的咀嚼效率分别为(0.89±0.25)、(0.90±0.16)、(0.91±0.26)、(0.90±0.28),各个时期均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的固位力测试为(465.90±57.16)g,3个月后为(986.91±42.26)g,各个时期均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者义齿使用3个月后固位力增加幅度更大,对比数据差异有统计学意义;观察组余留牙牙周健康(100.00%)改善明显;观察组美观满意度(97.36%)高于对照组(76.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太极扣附着体对游离端缺失伴牙周病具有更好的治疗效果,修复后患者具有更好的咀嚼功能,义齿固位具有很好的稳定性,余留牙牙周有保护作用,美观性更好,可推广临床应用。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of Tai Chi attachments in the treatment of free end loss with periodontitis. Methods Convenient select 76 patients with free end associated with periodontal disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2015 were taken as observation objects. According to the time of visits,they were divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. Among them, the observation group was treated with tai chi buckle attachments and compared with the control group treated with snap ring removable dentures. Results After treatment, the chewing efficiency of the observation group was（0.89±0.25）,（0.90±0.16）,（0.91±0.26）,and（0.90±0.28）, respectively, which was significantly higher in each period than in the control group（P〈0.05）; the retentiveness test in the observation group was（465.90 ±57.16）g, which was（986.91 ±42.26）g three months later, was higher in each period than the control group（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the retentive force increased significantly after 3 months of denture use, and the difference in the comparison data was significant. The periodontal health（100.00%） in the observation group was significantly improved; the aesthetic satisfaction rate（97.36%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（76.31%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tai Chi buckle attachments have a better therapeutic effect on the absence of free ends with periodontal disease. After the repair, the patients have better chewing function, the denture has a good stability, the remaining teeth have a protective effect on the periodontal, and the aesthetic appearance is better, which can promote clinical application.
