牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗对重度牙周炎疗效的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparison of Periodontal Pulp Therapy and Periodontal Treatment for Severe Periodontitis

目的探讨牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗对重度牙周炎疗效的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的重度牙周炎患者63例,根据治疗方法不同分为联合组32例与单纯组31例,单纯组患者仅采用单纯牙周治疗,联合组采用牙周牙髓联合治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效进行分析统计。结果单纯组患者31例,治疗前PD(5.89±1.37)mm、SBI(2.68±0.92)、AL(7.93±1.82)mm,治疗后PD(3.26±0.96)mm、SBI(1.03±0.78)、AL(5.63±0.97)mm;联合组患者32例,治疗前PD(5.95±1.26)mm、SBI(2.73±0.89)、AL(8.01±1.93)mm,治疗后PD(2.19±0.87)mm、SBI(0.83±0.34)、AL(5.01±0.72)mm。两组患者情况比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.732、4.862、5.826,P<0.05)。单纯组患者31例,总有效率80.65%;联合组32例,总有效率96.88%。两组患者临床疗效情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.199,P<0.05)。结论牙周牙髓联合治疗重度牙周炎的临床疗效要优于单纯牙周治疗,且患者的治疗后的PD、SBI、AL情况也较单纯牙周治疗良好,值得在临床中推广。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of combined periodontal pulp therapy and periodontal treatment in severe periodontitis. Methods 63 patients with severe periodontitis admitted from February 2016 to February 2017 in the hospital were convenient selection and divided into a combined group of 32 patients and a simple group of31 patients according to different treatment methods. Patients in the simple group only used periodontal treatment alone.Using periodontal pulp therapy, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed.Results 31 patients in the simple group had PD（5.89±1.37）mm, SBI（2.68±0.92）, and AL（7.93±1.82）mm prior to treatment,PD（3.26±0.96）mm, SBI（1.03±0.78）, and AL（5.63±0.97）mm after treatment; 32 patients in the combined group before treatment had PD（5.95±1.26）mm, SBI（2.73±0.89）, AL（8.01±1.93）mm, PD（2.19±0.87）mm, SBI（0.83±0.34）, and AL（5.01±0.72）mm after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（t=6.732, 4.862, 5.826, P〈0.05）.The simple group of 31 patients, the total effective rate of 80.65%; combined group of 32 cases, the total effective rate of96.88%. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant（χ~2=4.199, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of periodontal pulp therapy combined with severe periodontitis is superior to that of periodontal therapy alone, and the PD, SBI, and AL after treatment are also better than those of periodontal therapy alone. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
