平奇(孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片5 mg)在儿童支气管肺炎治疗中的疗效分析

Therapeutic Efficacy of Pingqi(5 mg of Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets) in Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

目的了解儿童支气管肺炎中施以平奇治疗的临床疗效。方法以随机法将方便选取2016年11月—2017年12月间该院儿科接收并治疗的212例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成两组:106例治疗组给予平奇治疗,106例对照组予以常规方法治疗,1个疗程后分别统计2组临床治疗效果。结果予以不同疗法后,106例治疗组有效率97.17%(103/106),106例对照组为84.91%(90/106),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.770,P=0.002);对照组治疗后4例(3.77%)发生不良反应症状,治疗组2例(1.89%)发生,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.686,P=0.407)。结论当小儿患上支气管肺炎后,积极选用平奇治疗的实践价值较高,建议推荐应用。

Objective This paper tries to understand the clinical efficacy of Pingqi therapy in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 212 children with bronchial pneumonia received and treated in the pediatrics department from November 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups： 106 patients were treated with Pingqi and 106 patients were treated with conventional methods. Two groups of clinical treatment effects were calculated after the treatment. Results After different treatments, the effective rate was 97.17%（103/106） in 106 treatment groups and 84.91%（90/106） in 106 control groups, showing significant differences（χ~2=9.770,P=0.002）; The symptoms of adverse reactions occurred in the last 4 cases（3.77%）, and 2 cases（1.89%） occurred in the treatment group. No significant difference was found（χ~2=0.686,P =0.407）. Conclusion When children suffer with bronchial pneumonia, the active use of Pingqi treatment has a higher practical value, it is recommended for application.
