分析美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床疗效

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的探讨分析美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床疗效。方法方便选取2017年3—10月患有冠心病合并心律失常的患者110例,随机分为常规组与观察组,55例/组。常规组患者予以单纯的美托洛尔药物治疗,观察组患者则在常规组基础上再予以稳心颗粒联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果患者予以不同药物治疗后,采取美托洛尔单纯药物治疗的常规组患者治疗总有效率为69.0%,而予以美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒药物治疗的观察组患者治疗有效率为100.0%(χ~2=10.457 P<0.05)。同时,两组患者治疗后心律失常发病次数与发作持续时间比较,观察组患者明显优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常疾病,可有效的改善患者各项心脏指标,提高了治疗效果,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods A total of 110 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were convenient selected from March to October 2017 and randomly divided into routine group and observation group and 55 cases in each group. The patients in the conventional group were treated with metoprolol alone.The patients in the observation group were treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of the conventional group. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the patients were treated with different drugs, the total effective rate of the patients in the conventional group who received metoprolol alone was 69.0%, while the effective rate in the observation group who was treated with metoprolol and Wenxin granules was 100.0%（χ~2=10.457 P〈0.05）. At the same time, the number of episodes of arrhythmia after treatment was comparable to the duration of seizures in the two groups. The patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules for the treatment of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia diseases can effectively improve the patient＇s cardiac indicators, improve the therapeutic effect, and help patients recover sooner.
