阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的了解阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法以随机法将方便选取的2015年6月—2017年6月期间该院收治的96例脑梗死患者分成两组:治疗组48例予以阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,对照组48例予以阿司匹林治疗,比对2组临床疗效。结果给药后,48例治疗组的有效率为95.83%,较48例对照组的81.25%更高(χ~2=4.722,P<0.05);对照组8例(16.67%)发生不良反应症状,而治疗组仅2例(4.17%)发生(χ~2=4.023,P<0.05);治疗组给药后的神经功能缺损评分(8.48±1.26)分,明显比对照组的(14.65±2.58)分低(t=4.687,P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死病例选阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,临床疗效确切,不仅能提升临床治疗效果,还能有效防治不良反应,明显改善患者的神经功能,有利于预后。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 96 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital between June2015 and June 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups： 48 patients in the treatment group were treated with aspirin and clopidogrel, and 48 patients in the control group were treated with aspirin. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After the administration, the effective rate of the 48 treatment groups was95.83%, which was higher than 81.25% of the 48 control groups（χ~2=4.722, P〈0.05）; 8 cases（16.67%） of the control group had adverse reaction symptoms. Only 2 patients（4.17%） occurred in the treatment group（χ~2=4.023, P〈0.05）. The neurological deficit score after treatment（8.48±1.26）points was significantly lower than that of the control group（14.65 ±2.58）points.（t=4.687, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction cases has a definite clinical effect, which can not only improve the clinical treatment effect, but also effectively prevent and treat adverse reactions, significantly improve the patient＇s neurological function, and contribute to the prognosis.
