Position classification management is the epistemology and methodology of modern personnel management. The position classification management of educational staff is based on the duties,responsibilities,pow ers and simple nature of the educational staff,and separates the positions into various ＂categories＂in personnel management tasks. Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance.
