摘要 促性腺激素释放激素激动剂长方案被广泛认为是辅助生殖技术中最经典的促排卵方案。但与长方案相比,促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRH-A)方案无"点火"效应、促性腺激素用量少和刺激时间短、卵巢过度刺激综合征风险低,且拮抗剂在卵泡期和黄体期均可安全有效地使用,因此GnRH-A的临床应用更加广泛。但目前国内拮抗剂的应用仍处于经验积累阶段,未来需加强拮抗剂的研究,以为临床提供理论指导,同时也为不孕症患者提供更多的个体化助孕措施及减少相关并发症。 The gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist protocol is widely regarded as the most classic ovulation induction protocol in assisted reproductive technology. However,compared with the long protocol,there is no " flare up" effect,less dose of gonadotropin,a shorter time for ovarian stimulation and lower incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in gonadotropin releasing hormone antagonist( GnRH-A) protocol,in addition,the antagonist can be effectively and safely used in both the follicle and the luteal phase. So the clinical application of GnRH-A is more extensive. However,the current application of antagonists is still in the experience accumulation stage in China. Further study of antagonists in the future is needed which will provide theoretical guidance for the clinical practice and provide more individualized assisted reproductive measures and reduce the related complications for patients with infertility.
