隔离矿柱回采可行性分析及工程实践 被引量:3

摘要 地下采矿过程中,为保障回采安全一般需要留设矿柱。夏甸金矿主要采用崩落采矿法与充填采矿法联合开采,其交错区留设有10 m左右的隔离矿柱。开展了相似材料试验与Flac3D数值模拟分析综合评价隔离矿柱回采的可行性,通过多方面多角度分析,掌握了开采中隔离矿柱的应力、位移分布规律,确定崩落采矿法区域一侧条形矿柱的最小宽度为2.5 m,并探索了长锚索支护最佳网度为2 m×2 m。最后提出了隔离矿柱回采关键技术方案,现场工业应用取得了矿石贫化率10.63%,采矿损失率9.27%的较好指标,应用效果较好,为后续的开采提供了理论依据与现场支持。 In the process of underground mining,it is necessary to set up ore pillars to ensure mining safety.The combination of caving and filling is mainly used in the Xiadian Gold Mine.In the staggered area,there are isolation pillars about 10 m.By similar material experiment and Flac^(3D) numerical simulation analysis,the feasibility of isolation pillar extraction is comprehensively evaluated.Through the analysis from many perspectives,the stress and displacement distribution of isolation pillars are mastered.The minimum width of the strip pillar in the caving area is determined to be 2.5 m,and the optimal network degree of cable bolt is explored and determined to be 2 m×2 m.Finally,the key technical scheme of the isolation pillar extraction is put forward.Field industrial application has achieved good index:ore dilution rate is 10.63 % and mining loss rate is 9.27 %,which provides a theoretical basis and field support for subsequent exploitation.
