摘要 充填料浆流动性和充填体强度是影响矿山充填质量的关键因素。通过开展粗骨料膏体充填料浆流动性及泌水率试验,确定合理的粗骨料膏体浓度范围,并以此浓度范围为基础,开展了充填体强度配比试验,测试了不同浓度、不同灰砂比条件下充填体单轴抗压强度。同时结合强度试验结果分析了充填体强度影响因素及规律。结合矿山生产实际,确定了最佳充填工艺参数,推荐充填工艺参数为:充填料浆浓度74%、底部充填体灰砂比1∶4、顶部充填体灰砂比1∶8。 The filling slurry fluidity and filling body strength are key factors influencing filling quality in mines.By testing the fluidity and bleeding rate of the coarse aggregate paste slurry,a reasonable concentration range of coarse aggregate paste slurry was determined.Based on the concentration range,the ratio test was carried out and the uniaxial compressive strength of the backfill under different concentrations and different cement-sand ratios was tested.The strength results related,the influencing factors and laws of strength of cemented backfill were analyzed.According to the actual production of the mine,the optimal parameters of filling process were determined.The final filling parameters were recommended as follows:the slurry concentration was 74 %,the cement-sand ratio of bottom was 1∶4,and the ratio of top was 1∶8.
