集中式中心供应规范管理模式在消毒供应室中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Centralized Supply Standard Management Model in the Disinfection Supply Room

目的研究分析集中式中心供应规范管理模式在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法将2016年3月—2018年3月该消毒供应室作为研究阶段,根据集中式中心供应规范管理模式开展前后分成两组,对照组为常规管理时期,研究组为集中式中心供应规范管理模式阶段,比较两组器械包、消毒包灭菌质量监测合格率,手术器械消毒灭菌质量合格率,高压灭菌合格率以及两组消毒不合格引发患者感染率情况比较。结果两组灭菌包随机抽取1 000个进行比较,对照组灭菌包质量检测合格率93.80%(938/1 000),与研究组99.90%(999/1 000)的合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组统计消毒灭菌不合格引发感染发生率1.10%(11/1 000),研究组无此情况发生,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中式中心供应规范管理模式在消毒供应室中的应用效果显著,大大提高消毒供应室工作质量,降低风险事件发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To research and analyze the application effect of centralized supply standard management model in the disinfection supply room. Methods The disinfection supply room from March 2016 to March 2018 were used as the research phase, and divided into two groups according to the centralized supply standardized management model, the control group was the routine management period, while the research group was the centralized supply standard management model,and the qualified rate of sterilization quality of instrument package, disinfection package, qualified rate of sterilization and sterilization quality of surgical instruments, and qualified rate of autoclaving sterilization and infection rate of patients caused by the unqualified disinfection were compared between the two groups. Results 1 000 sterilization wraps of the two groups were randomly extracted for comparison, and the quality test qualified rate of sterilization wrap in the control group and in the research group was respectively 93.80%（938/1 000） and 99.90%（999/1 000）（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the control group, the infection rate caused by unqualified sterilization and sterilization was 1.10%（11/1000）, which was not found in the study group. The comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of Centralized supply standard management model in the disinfection supply room is obvious, which can greatly improve the work quality of disinfection supply room and reduce the incidence rate of risk events, and it is worth clinical promotion.
