摘要
目的评价CBL和EBM相结合的教学法在小儿神经系统教学中的应用效果。方法选择新疆医科大学临床专业见习生60名,随机分为两组,实验组30名学生采用CBL与EBM相结合的教学模式,对照组30名学生采用传统教学模式。课后两组同学参加理论及体格检查测验,并进行问卷调查,反馈两种教学法的实施效果。结果实验组学生的理论与技能操作成绩明显高于对照组,实验组学生解决问题的能力、自学能力、对儿科的兴趣、理论知识的掌握、临床能力及对教学的满意度均优于对照组。结论相比于传统教学模式,CBL和EBM相结合的教学在提高儿科教学质量上效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of CBL combined with EBM teaching in the nervous system teaching in children. Methods 60 cases of clinical professional interns in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the experimental group used the CBL combined with EBM teaching model, while the control group used the traditional teaching model, and the classmates in the two groups participated in the theoretical and physical examination tests after class and the implementation effect was for feedback by the questionnaire. Results The theoretical and skill operation scores in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the ability to solve the problems, self-learning ability, interest in the department of pediatrics, mastery of theoretical knowledge,clinical ability and satisfactory degree to the clinical teaching were better than those in the control group. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching model, the CBL combined with EBM teaching model can have an obvious effect on improving the teaching quality in the department of pediatrics.
