摘要
目的分析基于护理岗位管理下实施护理人员绩效考核的效果。方法实施专家会议法,明确规定各级护士的考核录入标准、工作范围及相应的绩效考核方案,建立一套科学完善的易于操作的护理岗位管理模式和绩效考核系统,运用信息化平台将绩效考核落实到护理实践中。结果实施经改善优化的考核系统后,医护满意度、患者满意度及护士对绩效考核满意度均显著提升,护士离职率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论对护士实施以绩效考核为支撑的护理岗位管理利于护理团队的稳定,充分调动护士的积极性,有效促进护理管理效率和护理质量的显著提升。
Objective To analyze the effect of establishment of nursing post management performance examination system.Methods The expert meeting method was implemented, and the examination input standards, work range and corresponding performance examination plan at various levels were definitely stipulated, and a series of scientific and perfect nursing post management model and performance examination system easy to operate was established, and the performance examination was implemented into the nursing practice by the information platform. Results After the improved and optimized examination system, the satisfactory degree of doctors and nurses, and patients and satisfactory degree of nurses to the performance examination obviously increased, and the nurse turnover rate obviously decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing post management supported by the performance examination for nurses is conductive to the stability of nursing team, fully motivate the enthusiasm of nurses, and effectively promote the obvious improvement of nursing management efficacy and nursing quality.
