护理安全管理用于骨科护理管理的效果评价

Evaluation on Effect of Nursing Safety Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Orthopedics

目的研究护理安全管理用于骨科护理管理的效果。方法该院骨科于2016年1—12月间实施护理安全管理,随机抽取该阶段住院患者53例,与2015年1—12月间实施护理安全管理前的55例患者进行比较,评价实施管理前与实施管理后的患者对护理质量评分及护理不良事件发生情况。结果实施管理后患者护理不良事件发生率低(P<0.05)。实施管理后患者对科室护理质量指标评分均高于实施管理前,差异有统计学意义(t=23.793、29.037、77.836、40.241,P<0.05)。结论骨科实施护理安全管理模式后可有效降低护理不良事件发生率,提高科室护理质量。

Objective To research the effect of nursing safety management in the nursing management in the department of orthopedics. Methods 53 cases of inpatients in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, while 55 cases of patients before the nursing safety management in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected, and the nursing quality score and occurrence of nursing adverse events before and after the implementation of management were evaluated. Results After the management, the incidence rate of nursing adverse events was low（P〈0.05）, and the department nursing quality index scores of patients after the implementation were higher htan those before the implementation the difference was statistically significant（t =23.793, 29.037, 77.836,40.241,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of nursing safety management model in the depar tment of orthopedics can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and improve the department nursing quality.
