临床路径管理在妇幼保健机构的应用与思考

Application and Consideration of Clinical Path Management in the Maternal and Child Healthcare Institutions

目的探讨临床路径管理在妇幼保健机构的应用与思考。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在该院妇产科住院的100例产妇作为该次研究对象,并采取随机分组的方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取临床路径管理,对比两组产妇接受管理后的实际效果。结果观察组的平均住院费用、平均住院天数、工作人员满意度、产妇和家属满意度、健康知识了解程度、产后自理能力的恢复情况、并发症发生情况以及药物使用情况均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇幼保健机构中采取临床路径管理,能够提升医患满意度,并能够加强患者的认知水平,减少住院天数,降低住院费用,同时,还能够减少并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To study the application and consideration of clinical path management in the maternal and child healthcare institutions. Methods 100 cases of delivery women in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group used the routine management, while the observation group used the clinical path management, and the practical effect of the two groups after the management was compared. Results The average hospitalization cost, average length of stay, satisfactory degree of working staff, satisfactory degree of delivery women and their family, awareness degree of health knowledge, recovery of self-care abilities after delivery, occurrence of complications and usage of drugs were better than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical path management in the maternal and child healthcare institutions can improve the medical satisfactory degree, enhance the cognitive level of patients, reduce the length of stay and hospitalization cost, at the same time, it can also reduce the occurrence of complications, and it is worth promotion.
