腹腔镜技术在妇科临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨研究腹腔镜技术在妇科临床教学中的应用价值。方法 2017年1月—2018年2月期间,共选择74名实习生作为研究对象,采用双盲法,将其平均分为两组,分别设为对照组与实验组,各37例。妇科临床教学中,对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组配合应用腹腔镜技术,比较教学情况。结果 (1)对教学情况进行考核,实验组理论成绩、实践操作成绩分别为(95.2±2.83)分、(90.4±4.59)分,对照组为(90.1±4.75)分、(83.9±6.37)分,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)调查实习生对带教满意程度,实验组为100.00%,对照组为86.48%,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科临床教学中,采用腹腔镜技术,不仅可督促实习生掌握理论知识,提高其实践操作能力,而且实习生对带教满意度高。 Objective To study and research the application value of laparoscopic technique in the clinical teaching in the department of gynecology. Methods 74 cases of interns in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, with 37 cases in each, the control group used the traditional teaching method in the clinical teaching in the department of gynecology, while the experimental group used the laparoscopic technique on the basis of the control group, and the teaching situation was compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical score and practical operation score in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(95.2±2.83)marks,(90.4±4.59)marks and(90.1±4.75)marks,(83.9±6.37)marks, and the differences were obvious(P〈0.05); the satisfactory degree of interns to teaching in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 100.00% and 86.48%, and the index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic technique in the clinical teaching in the department of gynecology can not only urge the interns to master the theoretical knowledge and improve the practical operation abilities, with high satisfactory degree of interns to the teaching.
