摘要
目的探究PBL联合CBL教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取来该院实习的2012级临床医学专业(五年制)学生66名作为研究对象,依据随机分组原则,分为对照组、观察组,对照组实行单一的PBL教学模式,观察组予以PBL联合CBL教学模式,比对两组学生专业成绩以及学生教学满意度。结果经过教学后,观察组学生的专业成绩均显著高于对照组,且教学满意度高,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL联合CBL教学模式应用在骨科临床教学过程中,能够有效提升学生专业成绩与教学满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching model in the clinical teaching in the department of orthopedics. Methods 66 cases of students in the clinical medical major in 2012 in our hospital(five system) were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the single PBL teaching model, while the observation group used the PBL combined with CBL teaching model, and the professional score and teaching satisfactory degree of students were compared between the two groups. Results After teaching, the professional score of students in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, with high teaching satisfactory degree, and the differences in the data were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching model in the clinical teaching in the department of orthopedics can effectively improve the professional score and teaching satisfactory degree, and it is worth promotion.
