青岛地区三甲综合医院住院患者及家属对男护士职业工作的认知及分析

Cognition of Inpatients in the AAA General Hospital in Qingdao Region to the Occupational Work of Male Nurses and Analysis

目的探究青岛地区三甲综合医院住院患者及家属对男护士职业工作的认知情况并分析存在的问题。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对青岛市三甲综合医院的500例住院患者及其家属进行方便抽样调查,并将调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 85%住院患者及家属能够接受男护士的护理工作,15%表示在没有女护士的情况下可以考虑接受,不同性别、不同职业的调查对象的接受程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对男护士的前景和职业认同感这一方面,仅有25%的调查对象持满意态度。结论男护士已被大部分住院患者和家属所接纳,但是男性从事护理行业比例仍较低,相关机构需要着重关注,采取措施吸引男性护士就业。

Objective To study the cognition of inpatients in the AAA general hospital in Qingdao region to the occupational work of male nurses and analyze the existing issues. Methods 500 cases of inpatients and their family in the Qingdao AAA general hospital were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire, and the investigation results were statistically analyzed. Results 85% of inpatients and their family could receive the nursing work of male nurses, and 15% could receive the nursing work without the female nurses, and the difference in the acceptation degree among different genders and occupations existed（P〈0.05）,but only 25% of objects were satisfied in terms of prospect and occupational identification sense of male nurses. Conclusion The male nurses has been admitted by most inpatients and their family, but the ratio of males engaged in the nursing industry is lower, and the related institutions should attach importance, and use measures to attract the male nurses to take a job.
