3D打印技术在儿童肘内翻治疗中的应用

Application of 3D printed technique in treating cubitus varus in children

目的探讨3D打印技术在儿童肘内翻手术中应用的可行性及价值。方法 2014年5月至2016年5月在我院治疗肘内翻畸形的患儿中应用3D建模共21例,术前在模型上进行手术设计并应用至实际手术中。结果本组手术时间35-45mim,平均38min,术中失血量20-35ml,平均29ml,21例均获得随访20-32个月,平均24月。所有患儿截骨部位均获得骨性愈合,肘内翻矫正度25-15°,平均21°,矫形效果满意。综合屈伸功能评价:优16例,良3例,可2例,优良率90.5%。结论采用3D打印技术应用于治疗儿童肘内翻,所制订的手术治疗方案更为安全,便捷,全面;对于患者损伤更小,恢复更快,效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and value of 3D printing technology in children＇s cubitus varus surgery. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, a total of 21 models were applied in children with cubitus varus deformity in our hospital. Before surgery in the model for surgical design and applied to the actual surgery. Results The operation time was 35-45mim, average 38min, blood loss 20-35ml, average 29ml, 21 cases were followed up for 20-32 months with an average of 24 months. All children got bony union at the osteotomy site. The elbow valgus correction was 25-15°with an average of 21°. The orthopedic effect was satisfactory. Comprehensive flexion and extension function evaluation： excellent in 16 cases, good in 3 cases, fair in 2 cases, good rate of 90.5%. Conclusion Using 3D printing technology to treat cubitus varus in children, it is safer, more convenient and more comprehensive to develop the surgical treatment plan. It also has less damage and faster recovery and better effect for patients.
