三阴性乳腺癌MRI分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究三阴性乳腺癌患者的MRI表现。方法对比38例三阴性乳腺癌与203例非三阴性乳腺癌患者的MR资料,探讨三阴性乳腺癌的MR诊断特点。结果三阴性乳腺癌ADC值平均0.79±0.16×10^(-3)mm^2/s,非三阴性组的0.91±0.16×10^(-3)mm^2/s;三阴性乳腺癌边缘光滑42.11%(16/38),非三阴性乳腺癌边缘光滑19.70%(40/203);三阴性乳腺癌环形强化57.89%(22/38),非三阴性乳腺癌环形强化35.96%(73/203);两者间差异有统计学意义。余病变大小、形态、TIC曲线及患者年龄无明显差异。结论三阴性乳腺癌对比非三阴性乳腺癌多环形强化,边缘光滑,ADC值相对较低。
