The Analysis of Advanced Process Control System and SUPCON DCS System Control Station Configuration

Advanced Process Control APC structure and configuration was briefly resumed in this paper, in the meanwhile, some typical usual control models at the scene were resumed by Advanced Process Control APC system in the DCS system under the Changling Petrochemical Corporation' Advanced Process Control APC program.Through the analysis of 2 typical control loops of field control station configuration, the main in-process DCS problems were illustrated in implemented APC program.It proposed configuration requirements of commonly control loops by DCS control station according to the issues.The article listed the method of 2 typical control loops of field control station configuration and states the meaning of standardization field control station configuration.
