摘要
内模控制是一种基于过程数学模型进行控制器设计的控制策略,不需要精确的对象模型、控制器结构简单、调节参数少、参数整定方便、适应性强而得到广泛应用。用内模控制原理整定PID参数,其控制具有鲁棒性和快速响应的优点,将该技术应用于中石化长岭炼化公司催化柴油加氢转化装置DCS控制系统,达到了改善控制效果、促进生产稳定的目的。
IMC is a new control strategy in controller design on the basis of Mathematical model of object.It is widely used as it is independant of exact object model,with simple structure of the controller and anti-interference ability, and easy parameter tuning.Tuning PID parameters by internal model control principle, the control has the advantages of robustness and rapid response.The technology was applied to DCS system on FCC diesel hydrogenation and conversion unit of Sinopec Changling Co.. It improved the control effect and promoted the production stability
