近年来,伴随着可持续发展的深入以及技术和经济的发展,我国的经济发展突飞猛进,建筑行业对我国经济发展起到了主导性的作用,其中,科技技术的不断发展,使得人们的日常生活和工作逐渐走向了信息化方向,传统形式的建筑施工技术已经不能充分的满足当前快速发展的建筑施工脚步。文章针对装配式建筑施工管理的特点,将BIM、RFID技术集成运用于施工现场的安全监控,有利于实现信息自动化,实时可视化,多方协同参与的高校安全监控,文章将对BIM、RFID技术在装配式建筑设计、生产制造、施工、运营维护全寿命周期管理中的应用,进行探讨与分析。

In recent years, with the deepening of sustainable development and the development of technology and economy,China's economic development has been making rapid progress.The construction industry has played a leading role in the development of China's economy.The continuous development of science and technology has made people's daily life.Life and work are gradually moving toward the direction of informatization.The traditional forms of building construction technology can no longer fully meet the current rapid development of construction.According to the characteristics of prefabricated building construction management,the BIM and RFID technologies were applied to the safety monitoring of the construction site,which is conducive to the realization of information automation,real-time visualization,and multi-stakeholder collaborative security monitoring.This article discussed and analyzed the application of BIM and RFID technology in the whole life cycle management of assembly building design,manufacturing,construction,operation and maintenance.
