浅析山砂混凝土中气泡的消除成因与对策

Elimination of Bubbles in Mountain Sand Concrete

针对贵州地区所用砂石料颗粒级配不佳,导致混凝土构件表观存在较多气孔现象,文章主要从混凝土的矿物掺合料比例调整、外加剂配方调整、和易性调整以及施工工艺四个方面,提供消除山砂混凝土中气泡的解决方法。

In view of the poor gradation of sand and stone particles used in Guizhou area,which leads to many porosity phenomena in concrete members,from four aspects,the proportion of the mineral admixture of concrete,the adjustment of additive formula,the readjustment of easy sex and the construction technology,this paper provided the solution to eliminate the bubbles in the sand concrete.
