当前,海洋旅游产业迎来了突破性发展的机会,具备了转型升级的必要条件,因而针对此方面人才的培养模式进行深层次探究颇具价值。通过详尽剖析该产业的背景,并以此为前提对高职院校人才培养模式的内涵和特征加以分析及思索,在培养海洋旅游人才时,不但需要重视普通的旅游专业知识,还需将以"海洋"为中心的专业性知识及技术能力纳入相应的范围,同时为了适应市场的需要,政府、院校、企业要构成"战略联盟",大力推广"订单教育",密切协作,互补角色,形成合作共享的培养模式,根据产业需要进行改革,加强人才供给的适用性、高端性,打造完整创新的海洋旅游人才培养"产业链"。从而实现此类人才培养模式的创新。

The marine tourism industry has a breakthrough development opportunity now, and has the necessary conditions for transformation and upgrading. Therefore, it is of great value to explore the mode of training of talents in this respect. By analyzing the background of this industry in detail, and taking this as the premise, the paper analyzes and reflects on the connotation and characteristics of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. It finds out that in the training of marine tourism talents, we should not only pay attention to the general knowledge of tourism, but also bring the professional knowledge and technical ability centered on the ocean into the corresponding mode. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of the market, the government,colleges and enterprises should form a ＂strategic alliance＂, vigorously promote the ＂order education＂ with close cooperation and complementary roles to create a cooperative and shared training mode, reform according to the needs of the industry, and strengthen the applicability and high quality supply of talents. In so doing, a complete and innovative industrial chain for marine tourism talents cultivation could be built for realizing the innovation of the training mode of this kind of talents.
