“龙江丝路带”背景下应用型金融人才培养的问题研究

Applied Financial Talent Training under the Background of “Longjiang Silk Road”

"龙江丝路带"是黑龙江省在融入国家"一带一路"倡议基础上,立足于自身实际提出的经济发展战略,具有极其重要的战略价值。在此背景下,高等院校金融专业在培养应用型金融人才时要克服培养目标滞后,教学质量评估机制僵化,复合型人才缺失,教学理念、方法、手段落后等问题,通过大幅增加金融和政治相关课程,优化课程与人才培养设计方案,改革教学方法,增强实践环节,建设师资队伍等措施,应对发展"龙江丝路带"提出的应用型金融人才需求,把握历史机遇,提高学科建设与应用型金融人才培养水平。

The ＂Longjiang Silk Road＂ is of important strategic value for Heilongjiang province, which is an economic development strategy based on the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by the country and on its own practical conditions. Under this background,colleges and universities should overcome the problems such as lagging in training objectives, rigid teaching quality evaluation mechanism, lack of inter-disciplinary talents, and backward teaching ideas, methods and means in cultivating financial professionals.To meet the needs of the ＂Longjiang Silk Road＂ in developing applied financial talents and to grasp the historical opportunity for improving the training level of applied financial talent, colleges and universities could take measures including substantially increasing the financial and political related courses, optimizing curriculum and personnel training programs, reforming the teaching methods, strengthening practical training, and building the teaching staff team.
