摘要
文章以Windows系统下Visual Studio 2015为软件平台,综合运用Opencv中的图像单通道化、图像预处理增强、自适应的二值化阈值、边缘检测等算法方法对车辆牌照进行有效地定位。实验结果表明,定位效果理想,效率高,易于后续识别。
With Visual Studio 2015 under Windows system as the software platform,and by comprehensively using the algorithm methods of image single channelization,image preprocessing enhancement,adaptive binarization threshold,and edge detection in Opencv,this article effectively positioned the vehicle license plate.Experimental results showed that the positioning effect is ideal,with high efficiency,and easy for follow-up recognition.
