文章结合二级公路项目管理工作实际,从管理者的综合素质、工程建设的创新技术、管理体系等方面,分析了二级公路项目管理工作存在的问题,提出了对二级公路工程项目进行优化管理的相关举措。

Combining the actual practice of secondary highway project management work,this article analyzed the problems existing in the management work of secondary highway projects from the aspects of overall quality of managers,innovative technology of project construction,and management system,and proposed relevant measures for management optimization of secondary highway projects.
