空气源冷热水热泵系统关键技术实验研究

摘要 以低环温空气源户式地暖机组为对象,对采用变频压缩机的空气源冷热水热泵系统在低温环境下的启动性能进行试验研究。实验结果表明,经过低温环境长期放置的热泵机组,首次上电启动过程中,系统存在抽真空现象,造成蒸发侧压力过低使得系统出现低压保护而启动失效。可通过结合压缩机启动初始频率及节流元件的初始开度,保证机组在低温环境低水温顺利启动,其研究结果可为产品开发提供参考。 This paper presents the experimental research on starting performance of cool -hot water air source heat pump system with inverter compressor in a household floor heating central air conditioning unit under low -temperature condition. The results show that the vacuum pumping was observed when the heat pump unit electrified after long - tern1 placement in low - temperature environment. The system failed to start up because of the low - voltage protection caused by the excessive low of evaporating pressure. The heat pump unit can be started up by measuring the initial starting frequency of the compressor and the initial operting of the throttling devices. The conclusions obtained in this paper can provide guidance for product development.
