Multi-center consistency evaluation of Guidelines for pediatricclinical diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicineotic disorders

[目的]总结小儿抽动障碍临床常见中医诊断、辨证、治疗,对《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·抽动障碍》一致性进行临床评价。[方法]采用前瞻性病例调查分析方法,选取了不同地域的17个三甲等级医院作为调查单位,收集了近1年内共200例小儿抽动障碍病例,数据资料采用频数的方法进行统计分析。[结果]小儿抽动障碍临床常见中医诊断、辨证、治疗的使用与指南内容有较高一致率。[结论]说明了指南的修订符合临床情况,对小儿抽动障碍的临床诊断与治疗有指导性意义。

[Objective] This article summarized the clinical diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of tic disorders in children, and use it to evaluate the clinical consistency of the Guidelines for pediatric clinical diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicineatic disorders. [Methods] Using prospective case investigation analysis method, the selecting of different regions in 17 third grade hospitals as the unit of investigation, collection of nearly 1 year, a total of 200 cases children with tie disorders, and the data is analyzed by means of fi＇equeney based on a statistical analysis. [Results] There is a high consistency between the use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric convulsive disorders. [Conclusion] It is indicated that the revision of the guide is in accordance with the clinical situation, and it has instructive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with tie disorder.
