和解少阳法治疗高脂血症体会

Learning of treating shaoyang disease by mediation in hyperlipidemia

目前治疗高脂血症多从肝失疏泄、脾肾两虚等角度进行认识,文章对和解少阳法治疗高脂血症的理论基础进行探讨,强调从和解少阳入手,立足胆腑进行治疗。胆对人体各脏腑的功能、全身气血的供养以及脂肪摄入、消化、吸收有着重要的调节作用,从宏观角度影响着人体脂质的代谢和调控,通过和解少阳以疏利胆腑、调理周身,对治疗高脂血症具有重要意义,并附病案举例说明。

The treatlnent of hyperlipidelnia is considered out of control of dispersion in the liver failing to lnaintain the norlnal flow of qi and deficiency of spleen and kidney. This article discussed the basic tbeory of treating shaoyang disease by lnediation in hyperlipidelnia. It suggested that to disperse gallbladder by the lnediate way. Gallbladder plays an ilnportant role in regulating the function of the organs in body, the supply of whole body and blood, and the intake, digestion and absorption of fat. The metabolism and regulation of human lipid is also affected lnacroscopically by it. So regulation of the whole body through dispersion in gallbladder by treating shaoyang disease by lnediation has great significance. A case report attached to the last part is using for annotation.
