摘要 [目的]系统评价引种于天津地区丹参的质量,探索在本地区大田培育丹参的可行性;比较来源不同产地丹参种苗引种后药材的质量差异,拟筛选适宜天津引种的优质种源。[方法]以单株药材干质量、有效成分含量、重金属及有害元素含量为丹参质量评价指标,采用HPLC-UV法测定丹参酮类成分及丹酚酸B含量,UV-VIS法测定总黄酮及总酚酸含量,AFS法测定As、Hg含量,FAAS法测定Cu含量,GFAAS法测定Pb、Cd含量。[结果]丹参引种天津后,栽培药材指标成分含量符合药典质量标准,重金属及有害元素含量低于药典限量标准;种源以山东日照种苗引种天津后药材的质量最佳,单株干重可达128.86 g,亩产量可达约600 kg,丹参酮类成分含量达0.330%,丹酚酸B含量达4.977%,分别为药典标准的1.32、1.66倍。[结论]推测天津地区大田适宜引种丹参,种源为山东日照丹参种苗引种天津后栽培品亩产量较高,丹参酮类成分、丹酚酸B含量丰富,因此,山东日照种苗适宜作为天津地区引种的优良种源。 [Objective] Systematically evaluated the quality and explore the feasibility of Sulvia milliorrhiza introduced in Tianjin. To compare the quality difference of the medicinal materials after the introduction of salvia miltiorrhiza from different sources and select high quality provenances introduced in Tianjin. [Methods] The dry weight, active component content, heavy metal content and harmful element content of single medicinal plant were quality evaluation index of Sulvia miltiorrhiza. The contents of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids were deterlnined by UV VIS method and the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids were determined by UV VIS method. As and Hg were determination by AFS. Cu was determination of by FAAS. Pb and Cd were Determination by GFAAS. [Results] After the Salvia miltiorrhiza introduced in Tianjin, all the contents of index components of cultivated medicinal materials up to the quality standard of pharmacopoeia, the contents of heavy metals and harnfful elements are lower than the limit standard of pharmacopoeia. The best quality of cultivar after introduced in Tianjin is the lnihiorrhiza seedlings from Rizhao of Shandong Province, dry weight per plant can reach 128.86g, the content of tanshinone is 0.330%, Salvianolic acid B is 4.977%, 1.32 and 1.66 times of pharlnacopoeia st andard respectively. [Conclusion] Salvia miltiorrhiza can be introduced in Tianjin.Rizhao Shangdong seedlings were mor suitable. The yield per lnu is higher, and the content of tanshinone constituents and Salvianolic acid B was abundant. As a result, shandong rizhao seedlings are suitable to be a good seed source introduced in tianjin area.
