补给舰导弹海上补给人员编组优化分析

摘要 近年来,我海军以综合补给舰为补给平台的导弹海上补给演练逐渐趋于常态,而导弹海上补给演练能否顺利组织实施在很大程度上取决于补给舰导弹海上补给人员的编组是否合理。针对补给舰导弹海上补给人员的编组问题,提出了优化补给舰导弹海上补给人员编组从而提高导弹海上补给实施效率的设想,并建立了基于熵理论的补给舰导弹海上补给人员编组计算模型,对比分析了优化前后的人员编组结构有序度,最后得出了与设想一致的结论。 In recent years,Chinese Navy integrated supply ship for the supply platform for the missile offshore drill exercises gradually become normal,and the missile maritime drill exercises can be successfully organized and implemented depends largely on the supply ship missiles maritime supply staff is reasonable or not. Aiming at the problem of the supply of sea supplies to the supply ship,the idea of optimizing the assembling of the supply staff is put forward to improve the efficiency of the supply of the sea supply of the missile,and the calculation model of the sea supply personnel of the supply ship missile is established based on the entropy theory. The orders of the staffing structure before and after the optimization are analyzed comparatively,and finally the conclusion consistent with the idea is reached.
