Study on the status of the maintenance and countermeasures for non-pharmacological treatment of chronic disease patients in communities

目的了解我国社区慢性病患者非药物治疗维持的现状,为增强社区慢性病患者非药物治疗维持性和社区慢性病健康管理提供建议。方法采用文献综述的方法,全面总结了慢性病患者非药物治疗维持性的现状,综合分析了非药物治疗维持性的影响因素。结果社区慢性病患者缺乏非药物治疗的信念,同时社区卫生服务机构缺乏非药物治疗维持性监测和评估机制及社会支持环境。影响社区慢性病患者非药物治疗维持性的因素主要有3个方面:社会政策、社区卫生服务机构及患者自身。结论维持性是非药物治疗的基础和关键,增强社区卫生服务机构健康教育与健康宣传及提高慢性病患者自身的健康管理知识知晓率及家庭支持为提高社区慢性病患者非药物治疗维持性的信念及改善慢病患者的态度提供依据。

Objective To understand the status of non-phamlacological treatment maintenance for chronic disease patients, and provide suggestions for enhancing the maintenance of non-pharmacological treatment and health management of chronic diseases in community. Methods Literature review was performed for the status of non-pharmacological treatment maintenance in patients, and the influencing factors of non-drug treatment maintenance were comprehensively analyzed. Results Patients lacked the belief on non-pharmacologieal treatment. Community health service lacked the monitoring and assessment system and social support environment for non-drug treatment maintenance, There were three aspects influencing the maintenance of the non-pharmacological treatment： community health services, social policy and the patients themselves. Conclusion Maintenance is the basis and key of non- pharmacological treatment. It is necessary to strengthen health education and health promotion of community health service. Knowledge rate of health management of patients and family support are the basis for improving the belief of the maintenance of non- pharmacological treatment. The attitude of patients with chronic disease in the community should be improved at the same time.
