鄂州市居民慢性病防治素养水平及影响因素

Literacy level and influence factors of chronic diseases prevention in Ezhou residents

目的为了解鄂州市居民慢性病防治素养水平及影响因素。方法采用简单随机抽样方法,对1 761名鄂州市居民进行健康素养问卷调查。结果鄂州市居民慢性病防治素养平均得分为(5.70±2.93),慢性病防治素养水平为6.19%。关于慢性病素养10个问题中,答对率低于50.00%、50.00%~70.00%和大于70.00%分别有5、3和2个,最低是"骨质疏松相关知识"为10.05%。慢性病防治素养城市居民(11.69%)高于农村居民(5.02%)差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.437,P<0.05);女性(8.01%)高于男性(4.88%)(χ~2=7.197,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,城乡、性别、年龄、文化程度和职业是鄂州市居民慢性病防治素养影响因素。结论鄂州市居民慢性病防治素养水平较低,应加大开展健康教育力度,提高慢性病防治素养水平。

Abstract： Objective To understand the influencing factors of chronic diseases prevention in Ezhou residents. Methods Using simple random sampling method, 1 761 of Ezhou residents health literacy questionnaire investigation. Results The chronic disease prevention and control of quality the average score was （5.70 ± 2. 93 ）, 6. 19% for chronic disease prevention and control of literacy levels in Ezhou residents. About 10 chronic literacy problem, the correct rate is below 50. 00% , 50. 00% -70. 00% and 〉70. 00% respectively with 5, 3 and 2,The osteoporosis related knowledge is the minimum of 10. 05%. The urban residents was 11.69% , the the rural residents was 5.02% （ chi - square = 19. 437, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The women was 8.01%, the male was 4.88% （ chi - square = 7. 197,P 〈 0. 05）. Multiariable Logistic regression analysis results show that the urban and rural areas, gender, age, cultural level and profession is Ezhou residents chronic disease prevention and control of quality factors. Conclusion The low level of Ezhou residents chronic disease prevention and control of quality, should intensify their efforts to carry out health education and improve the level of chronic disease prevention and control of accomplishment.
