摘要 以2×600t·d^(-1)石灰回转窑烟气余热发电项目为例,设计开发了石灰窑烟气余热有机朗肯循环发电技术,并对窑尾烟气有机工质发电系统设计及经济效益等进行了介绍和分析。该技术不仅有助于节省能源,降低污染,还会带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。 Taking fume gas waste heat recovery based power generation engineering of the two 600 t·d^-1 lime rotary kilns for example,the ORC power generation technology for fume gas waste heat of the lime kiln is designed and developed,and the design of power generation system for organic working medium in kiln tail fume gas and its economic benefit are introduced and analyzed. This technology not only contributes to energy saving and pollutants reducing,but also brings economic benefit and social benefit.
