摘要
硅粉的粒度对氮化硅结合碳化硅(Si_3N_4-SiC)的性能有重要影响。本文在硅粉加入量一定的情况下,研究了400目和200目硅粉的配合比对Si_3N_4-SiC的物理性能、Si_3N_4含量以及断口的Si_3N_4形貌的影响。结果表明,在硅粉加入量总量一定的情况下,400目与200目硅粉配合比为1:1时试样的综合性能最佳。
The particle size of silicon powder has important effect on the performance of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide. With the same silica total amount,the effects of the ratios of silicon powder with particle sizes of 400 mesh and 200 mesh on Si3N4-SiC physical performance,silicon nitride content and silicon nitride morphology of the fracture are studied in this paper. The results show that the samples with the ratio of 1 ∶ 1 has the best comprehensive properties.
