摘要
文章选用竹炭纤维、涤纶纤维为原料,以针刺密度及纤维配比为变量开发了9种针刺非织造内饰产品。通过测试和分析产品单位面积质量、透气性、拉伸断裂性能、撕破强力和摩擦性能,优化了制备工艺参数,为功能性针刺内饰产品的开发提供一定参考。
This article chose bamboo charcoal fiber and polyester fiber as raw material and manufactured 9 kinds of needling nonwoven interior products.The variate of productive process were needling density and fiber ratio.The manufacture technological parameter was optimized through testing and analyzing mass per unit area,air permeability,tensile properties,tear strength and friction properties.The paper provided references for developing functional needling interior products.
