牛角瓜纤维/棉混纺纱性能研究

Study on Properties of Akund Fiber/Cotton Blended Yarn

文章在介绍牛角瓜纤维特征和基本结构的基础上,测试分析了牛角瓜纤维/棉混纺纱性能,得到牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的线密度为18.89tex,百米重量偏差为3.68%,捻度为95.7捻/m,捻系数为414.9,干态断裂强力为144cN,湿态断裂强力为169.97cN,强力比纯棉纱低很多,断裂伸长率为1.493%。为牛角瓜纤维纺纱工艺的研究和牛角瓜织物的开发提供参考。

This article tested and analyzed the properties of akund fiber/cotton blended yarn based on introducing characteristics and basic structure.The results showed that the linear density of blended yarn was 18.89 tex,the weight deviation per hundred meter was 3.68%,the twist was 95.7 t/10 cm,the twist factor was 414.9,the fracture strength in dry state was 144 cN,the fracture strength in wet state was 169.97 cN,both the two fracture strengths were much lower than cotton yarn,the elongation at break was 1.493%.It provided references for the research of the akund fiber spinning process and the development of the fabric.
