基于三维数字化测量的文胸与人体胸部有限元接触力学模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 文胸穿着后的压力分布已经成为影响其适体性和舒适性的重要因素,本文以文胸服装为研究对象,采用一个已经建立好的三维数字化人体模型和文胸模型,在此基础上建立人体和文胸模杯有限元接触力学模型,进而探究文胸穿着在人体上的压力分布状况。研究结果表明:模杯整体受压力情况明显,模杯与胸部的贴合性较好。通过有限元分析方法对模杯试衣过程进行模拟,根据模拟输出的结果对模杯的合体性进行评价,为文胸服装的适体性和压力舒适性提供数字化评价方法。 Bra pressure distribution has become an important factor for its fitness and comfortability.This paper made bra as a research object,adopted a established 3 Ddigital human body model and bra model,to establish finite element analysis contacted models of human body and bra,and explored the pressure distribution of bra be wore on human body.The research results showed that the pressure of whole bra was obvious,the bra model was well fitted human chest.The evaluating methods of fitness and comfortability of bra were given by simulating model fitting process through finite element analysis and evaluating the fitness according to the output results of simulation.
