阻尼层厚度对嵌入式共固化复合材料阻尼结构损耗因子的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF DAMPING LAYER THICKNESS ON DAMPING STRUCTURE LOSS FACTOR OF EMBEDDED CO-CURED COMPOSITES

摘要 用Ritz法研究了各应力分量的应变能,并计算了嵌入式共固化复合材料阻尼结构的损耗因子,得到了损耗因子随阻尼层厚度变化的规律。结果表明:当薄板总厚度不变,阻尼层厚度由2 mm增加到5.5 mm时,损耗因子随着阻尼层厚度的增大而增大,阻尼层较厚时,损耗因子对阻尼层厚度的变化不再敏感;当复合材料层厚度不变时,增加阻尼层的厚度可以使损耗因子增大,阻尼层厚度较厚时,阻尼层厚度的变化对损耗因子的影响较小;与复合材料层厚度不变时相比,薄板总厚度不变时,阻尼层较厚时对损耗因子的影响更小。 The strain energy of individual stress components is studied using Ritz method,and the loss factor of the embedded co-cured composite damping structure is calculated. The law of loss factor variation with the change of the damping layer thickness is obtained. The results show that when the total thickness of the thin plate is constant and the thickness of the damping layer increases from 2 mm to 5. 5 mm,the loss factor increases with the increase of the damping layer thickness. When the damping layer is thick,the loss factor is no longer sensitive to the change of the thickness of the damping layer. When the thickness of the composite layer is constant,the loss factor increases with the increase of the thickness of the damping layer. When the thickness of the damping layer is thick,the thickness of the damping layer has little effect on the modal loss factor. Compared with the constant thickness of the composite layer,when the total thickness of the thin plate is constant,the thicker damping layer has a smaller influence on the loss factor.
