吊装自成型GFRP弹性网壳结构分析与设计

摘要 吊装自成型GFRP弹性网壳结构以GFRP空心圆管为基本杆件,并利用吊装提升过程中自重作用下的弹性变形形成设计空间曲面。参考国内外相关设计规范及文献,对吊装自成型GFRP弹性网壳的结构分析与设计方法开展研究。建立网壳结构的杆系有限元模型,开展多种工况下的受力分析,并根据计算结果对结构的施工阶段、正常使用极限状态、承载能力极限状态以及结构稳定性进行验算。结果表明,该结构的位移、应力、极限承载力、稳定系数等性能指标均满足设计要求。 The hoisting induced self-forming GFRP elastic gridshells,which consist of long-continuous GFRP circular tubes,are such structures whose shapes are formed as a result of elastic deformations due to gravity during the hoisting process. By referring to existing design codes and literatures,analysis and design of such gridshell are conducted. Finite element model is established,in which multi load cases are considered. The structural responses regarding construction stage,serviceability limit state,ultimate limit state as well as stability are checked according to code provisions. The results show that the displacements,stresses,bearing capacities,and stability coefficients of the structure satisfy the design requirements.
