摘要
目的:了解医学生对医患关系的认知现状,为完善医学教育和促进医患关系和谐发展提供建议。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对黑龙江省某医科大学临床医学研究生和规培生进行问卷调查。运用SPSS18.0和Amos进行探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析,并应用描述性统计分析描述目前临床医学生医患关系认知现状。结果:679名对象中,87.9%的人认为当前医患关系很紧张,调查对象对医患关系的认知主要来源于社会舆论。不同年级调查对象医患关系认知水平有差异(P<0.05),"临床医生的客观行为"维度得分最高。结论:临床医学生对医患关系认知水平不高,认知途径单一。完善医学人文教育、鼓励医学生早期参与临床实践、营造和谐的社会环境等是提高认知水平的可行性选择。
Objective: To understand the cognitive approaches and status of medical students to the doctor-patient relationship,and provide reference for improving the medicine education and promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship. Methods: Using the method of cluster sampling,the questionnaire was used to investigate the doctor-patient relationship in a medical university in Heilongjiang Province. SPSS18.0 and Amos were used for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and descriptive statistical analysis was applied to describe the current cognitive status and approaches of medical students. Results: A total of 679 medical students were investigated.87.9% of the medical students believed that the current doctor-patient relationship was very tense,and the medical students' cognition of doctor-patient relationship stems was mainly from social public consensus. The cognition level of doctor-patient relationship among different grades of medical students was different(P〈0.05),the dimension of"objective behavior of clinicians"had the highest scores. Conclusion: The overall cognitive level of medical students was very low and the cognition approach was single. Improving medical humanistic education,encouraging medical students to participate in clinical practice early,and building a harmonious social environment will be the feasible choices to improve the cognitive level.
