我国医患信任现状及重构策略

Current Situation and Reconstructing Strategy of Doctor-Patient Trust in China

随着医疗改革的发展,我国医患信任结构发生异化,在医疗服务中过分放大了制度信任的作用,淡化了人际信任。为此,众多学者基于社会学、心理学和法学等理论视角,提出了医患信任重构策略,如提高医务人员的道德意识、沟通能力;降低患方就诊预期,提升健康素养;健全医疗卫生相关制度,完善法律法规;以社会公平为导向,优化医疗资源配置。在现有研究基础上,笔者对医患信任重构策略进行了思考,建议探讨医患信任重构时重视医务人员情绪感受;规范基层卫生政策开展;鼓励多元主体参与协同合作。

Sociology divides trust into interpersonal trust and institutional trust. The doctor-patient trust includes both the special interpersonal trust established by doctors and patients in medical activities,and the institutional trust formed by the patients to expert system,health care rules and regulations,and laws.With the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and the development of medical reform,the doctor-patient trust structure in China has been alienated. In the medical service,the role of institutional trust has been enlarged and the interpersonal trust has been weakened. According to the current situation and strategy of doctor-patient trust reconstruction summary,the thinking and suggestions,such as the importance of medical personnel emotions,regulation of basic health policy development,encouragement of multiple subjects involved in cooperation.
