Analysis of Status Quo of Integrated Management of Multi-District Public Hospitals

依据不同医院多院区实施一体化管理的特点,总结公立医院一体化管理模式,探讨其通过学科建设、行政后勤管理、人才培养和引进、核心价值观、信息管理等方面一体化协同发展,实现不同院区之间的同品质医疗的管理经验。

Based on the experience of integrating management of different multi-district hospitals,it is concluded that the current integrated management of public hospitals mainly consists of discipline construction,administrative logistics management,personnel training and introduction,core values,and information management to achieve the same quality medical care between the districts.
