摘要
为了建立飞机装配生产现场不同类型设备实时数据的统一采集模式,通过对飞机装配自动化设备的归纳分类,提出对设备运行过程数据的归一化建模方法,基于COM组件技术实现各类设备数据的统一采集,基于SOCKET技术实现设备数据的实时传输.提出基于中立区的工业网-企业网两网融合的企业组网架构,采用扩展的C/S多层构架体系设计专用的数据采集软件,实现实时数据存储与共享;基于ORACLE在线存储,实现飞机装配现场设备数据分类高效存储.所构建的飞机装配现场数据采集平台已经成功应用于某型飞机的部装和总装生产线自动化设备的过程数据采集,为后续装配现场数据可视化显示和历史数据统计分析奠定基础.
In order to build a unified data acquisition method for a variety of equipments of aircraft assembly sites, a platform for real-time data acquisition was proposed based on the classification of automatic equipments of the aircraft assembly and the construction of the unified model of equipments’ real-time data. The acquisition of real-time data for different types of equipments was achieved by COM,data transmission was realized by SOCKET, data acquisition software was developed by using the extended C/S multi-layer architecture, and effective storage of data was realized by ORACLE. This platform has been applied to the data acquisition of the automatic equipments in the assembly lines of a certain type of aircraft, which lays the foundation for the visualization of field assembly data and the statistical analysis of historical data.
